ViewBatteryBold gives you the options to Make Bold and to Show only the Battery Percentage on the HomeScreen/Lockscreen.
For a bolder result: Go to Accessibility and Switch On Bold Text option.
You can in additional Hide the Yellow Battery Icon when the Device is on the Low Power Mode and also to Show the Battery Widget even if you don't have a paired Apple Watch (iOS 10).
