do you have WhatsApp contacts didn't set there Profile picture ? or do you need to change the profile picture of any contact ? so WAContact is the best tweak to do that
assign or change your contacts profile picture within the WhatsApp application itself ( using your Photos library )
NOTE:
pictures changes will appear only for you
Settings!? ( just go to WhatsApp settings then Contacts Pictures and add new contact to change his/her profile picture )
