yFy Network Finder Lite is a power WiFi scanning and mapping tool. Find WiFi anywhere you are, no need for a preloaded database. Do what Apple doesn't want you to be able to do, by using this free version of the popular yFy Network Finder (former App Store app.)
This version does almost everything the full version does, with a few notable exceptions. This version doesn't use an "on disk" database, it runs in RAM and is not persistent between application runs. It ignores hidden and ad-hoc networks and can't scan quite as fast as the full version. Even with the limitations it is a feature rich app. This would have eventually been the Lite version selling on the app store for $0.99. This will be given away free because we feel the iPhone platform needs these tools. This will also serve as a test drive for the full version.
All of the yFy Network Finder series requires at least 3.0 firmware for core functions. It has been tested on all but the iPad.
