This is a Web Browser ScrollingBoard SpringBoard addon. It adds a Web View to your SpringBoard as an extra page among your icon pages. You can scroll to it and navigate to web sites, watch YouTube videos , setup a home page and do most you would do with Safari, while being on SpringBoard !
