FIX: iOS 5

Opening a folder from the Spotlight screen caused the following:

Switcher would no longer appear.

Pressing the Home button to show Spotlight would instead open the folder.

Changing folder settings while a folder was open would lead to home screen icons being shown on top of folders.

Opening Newsstand (from the dock) while another folder was already open would lead to a crash.

MOD: Allow for installation on iOS 4.3

Warning: Given that iOS 4.3 was released only a few days ago, support has not been fully tested. As such, there may be bugs.

FIX: When "Smoother Animations" was set to NO, SpringBoard icons would disappear after closing an app launched from a folder.

FIX: Images did not scale properly on retina displays.

FIX: When "Smoother Animations" was set to YES, folders did not animate (iOS 4.2.1 only).

FIX: Folder wallpaper image did not completely fill folder (there was a small gap at the bottom).

As of 1.4.0, FolderEnhancer now falls back to using FolderSwitcherBG*.png when no other files are present.

Unfortunately, as of iOS 4.2.1, the height of this image has shrunk, meaning it is now too small.

For now, FolderEnhancer will stretch this image to fill the folder area.

MOD: "Smoother Animations" now defaults to OFF for iPad, iPhone4, and iPod Touch 4G

This option is only useful for older, slower devices.

Note that left/right clipping margins have changed from 4 pixels (8 for retina) to 5 pixels (10 for retina).

FIX: Prevent the dock from shifting upwards.

FIX: Prevent icons from momentarily jittering when reopening a folder after exiting icon edit mode.

MOD: Icon layout and wallpaper sizing now better matches SpringBoard's.

Wallpaper is now scaled to fill screen, preserving aspect.

This may affect custom themes. Theme artists may need to update their themes.

The "New Layout" option can be used to revert to the old wallpaper sizing method; however, this option will be removed in the (as-of-yet unscheduled but soon to follow) v1.4.0 release.
