3DColorChanger10 is a tweak that allows you to change your 3D Touch menus based on the app icon.

You can also choose a fixed color to apply to all apps.

Option for adding a border around the menus (recommended with auto detect app colors!) .
Option for changing the color of the labels, icons, separators and the added border inside the menus.

Note: any 3D touch on something that is not an app icon (cc toggles, folders etc) will be colored according to the colors in the settings pane.
