This ActionMenu item will only work for the 3GS model iPhone and the latest iPod touch.
Text To Speech plugin to action menu.
Give speech to your iphone (3GS only!) from most applications.
It uses the iPhone integrated voice system so it speaks in your language.
From any text, touch one second to let appears the cut/paste menu, adjust the selection defining the text to speak and tap the speaker. If you do it while a text is currently spoken, it will simply queue and will be spoken later. You can stop it by tap the speaker with a x.
