and also a dictionary manager in settings,
for users to add/create their own dictionaries to use with alemitu's suggestion bar.
*option to disable the suggestion bar in specific applications.
*SwipeSelection users:
Alemitu's suggestion bar is desinged also to suggeste words when SwipeSelection is swiping (if SwipeSelection is installed).
*Fix for situations where the keyboard appears black after changing layout
