Builded with new iOS 11 SDK (But should still work on iOS 10)

This tweak blocks the power down menu, nothing much else. This tweak is mostly created for if you left your phone out somewhere locked, where somebody could go and power it off (like a friend who for some reason wanted you to lose your jailbreak).
