This ringtone depends on "ToneEnabler"
This functionality is included in my "iOS 6 Complete for iOS 7" theme, where many more aspects of iOS 7 are themed to resemble iOS 6. If you have that installed, this is redundant.
Requires iOS 7 and ToneEnabler
Configure ringtone from Settings.
