ConditionalWiFi 2 is a tweak specifically for iOS 10+ that allows you to turn off Wireless Data (Wi-Fi) for certain apps that you choose. Facebook can finally not track you with their app.
NOTE: Apps will not fallback to Cellular Data if you are connected to a Wireless Network
