Tool to monitor the CPU and memory comsumption of systems processes and applications. This is basically a console package with two preferences panels serving as control and reporting interfaces.

Python tools will be installed.

Checked compatability with iOS 7.0.4.

Added two new monitoring modes:
-Activity: Monitor what fraction of time a process is active independent of how much CPU time it actually uses.
-Weighted CPU: Monitor the "recent" CPU usage of a process. The weight of the usage decays exponentially.

Fixed issue with missing icons in preference panel.

Improved heuristics to retrieve applications icons.
