Compatible with iOS 12 and 13

A very noice tweak to configure the dock a bit more... Lightweight and effective!

-Choose custom column amount
-Change dock height
-Disable (hide) dock
-Custom opacity
-Transparent Dock

Compatible with HomePlus by Kritanta!

Configure options from Settings.

Update 1.2.2:
-Note this is supposed to be compatible with iOS 8 and up, but I have only tested on iOS 12-13, A12 devices included, and A13 probably should work.
-I have made a few code cleanups for iOS 13 users
