Firstaid is a new tab inside Cydia. Wich contains a chatroom for various languages. The chatroom is meant to assist people with jailbreaking issue's etc. They way the new tab has been added is trough a 'More' button on the right said of the Tabbar thanks to ios UIkit you are able to Re-arange tabs.
