This toggle allow you to answer a call through the speaker function automatically while toggled. Very usefull if you use your phone for navigation in your car and don't want to search for that speaker button every time you get called while driving.
It relies on a native function within IOS. (Settings > General > Accessibility > Incoming Calls)
A reboot might be needed before the new icon shows.
