Hide Keyboard Settings:
Hide "Keyboard Settings" from the globe button switcher
Hide One-Handed Keyboard:
Hide "One-Handed Keyboard" option from the globe button switcher.
One Handed Keyboard mode can still be manually activated from "Settings->General->Keyboard->One Handed Keyboard"
