Compatible with iOS 4, 5 and 6

Now compatible with iPad

A mobilesubstrate extension that announces incomming calls.

Free in the spirit of Jailbreak.
Code will be open sourced when I have some time. :)

Now manages it own volume control instead of relying on the iPod Volume. This should help avoid a lot of confusion people were having regarding not being able to hear announcements when the iPod volume was too low.

Now you can just go to iAnnounce Settings under the Settings app and set the Volume there. A side effect of this is that you will see the Volume HUD temporarily when a call comes in.

Also please note that iAnnounce respects the Silent Switch and will not announce when in silent mode unless headphones are connected.

BugFixes
- Fixed bug where announcement might be incorrectly made over speakers even thought the option to use headphones only is selected.
- Fixed bug with CallBar when using CallBar for outgoing call.
- Fixed bug with CallBar where 'BLOCKED' call would cause a crash.

Compatibality with CallBar :).

Thanks to @ joshmtucker for providing a free license so I could make CallBar compatible with iAnnounce

Due to changes in iOS6 the Announce volume setting will only apply to Speakers. Headphones will use the default music volume set by user.

Major Update.
- Now also announces FaceTime calls.
- Compatible with iPads.
- Customize announcement speech rate and pitch.
- Use any language supported by VoiceOver as announcemnet voice. The strings are listed in the settings screen and are case sensitive so they will need to be typed in exactly as listed.

iOS 6.x compatibality.
