Compatible with iOS 8 and 9

A simple App Switcher tweak that gives users the option to respring, reboot, shutdown, and go into safemode. KillBoard can be activated by swiping up on the home screen page inside of the app switcher.

Fixed a bug in iOS 9 where blank app switcher pages would show after closing an app.
