Disable the ability to 'Clear' by swiping in DraftPad.app
It is useful when combined with SwipeShiftCaret(r-plus)
You kill DraftPad from switcher and open it again, if you change toggle
DraftPad.appのスワイプしてテキストを消すアクションを無効にします。
SwipeShiftCaret(r-plus)との併用すると便利です。
