LS Circles - Best HD LS Theme Ever !
It will work on all iPhone's including the latest iPhone 5 and iPod Touch 5G. It will not work on iPads.
I tried to optimized the code for the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 and it worked so you can install it on older devices.

Apply with Winterboard.
To change the Lock Background use iFile from cydia and go the theme and to change it replace the LockBackground.png with your wallpaper and respring. Do not rename it !
