Bring back the lyrics for iPad

You can set how the lyrics looks like, including font, font size, font color. You can also set the lyrics encoding to display improper displayed lyrics.

Tested on iPad 2 with iOS 5.1.1 and 6.1

Fix text alignment not saved

Display different new line characters/separators correctly.
