Compatible with iOS 8

Tint conversations navbar with latest message status. The colors are green for sms, blue for iMessage and red if message hasn't been sent. Turn it on/off from the preference pane.

Tint the navigation bar in orange if you have a draft message.
Tint the keyboard with the latest message color.
Option for square bubbles.
