The Item (called CydiaPackagesUpDates) is now out from the Stage of My Repository with also the adding of The Preferences Bundles and other Stuff.
Also Included (integrations) Cydlight, HideCydiaPackages and CydiaFullScreen Tweaks available on my Repository.
Mypomonella gives also the chance to have other Extras Useful and Aesthetic options for Cydia.
No Respring Needed for enabling and disabling the Tweak.
