MyScrollingBars is a neat Tweak that allows to take control over your Scrolling Bars with custom colors and options on the System Wide!
Configure options from Settings.
No Respring Needed for Enabling and Disabling the Tweak, just kill the Applications from the Switcher and open them again to Take Change only when Requested!
