Adds a clock and battery to the tab that appears when trying to open the notification centre in a fullscreen app.

Simply a quick way of checking the time and battery percentage when in a fullscreen app.

Configure options from Settings app

Show battery in the tab (flash or adjacent to clock, go to settings to chose between 4 combinations of time and battery)
More native look.
Works with Apple battery percentage or SBSettings/other tweak battery percentage.
