usually if you have a passcode set and someone keeps trying to figure out the passcode but keeps typing it wrong your device will lock for 5 mins or you need to restore your device to use your phone again. but now with this tweak you can type wrong passcode's as much as you want without restoring your device or locking your device 5 mins to try other passcode !
