Compatible with iOS 7, 8 and 9

From my patch of Flex2!! No dark tint and no blur grade on the lockscreen when you receive an alerts.

Configure options from Settings.

Solved some bugs and added the possibility to hide the separators between the lock screen alerts.

Added iOS 9 compatibility
