This app places a little button in the bottom left corner of your Notification Center which lets you post to Twitter very quickly.
You'll find the new Twitter button in your Notification Center. Some options in the Settings app
If the button does not show up for you, try disabling the tweak in Settings, respringing, and then enabling.
Hopefully you don't have to do this, but it seems to fix things for people with certain packages installed
