Not compatible with iOS 5
Allows audio redirection from iPhone to mono bluetooth headsets. Thus, you can use any app such as Skype, fring, etc and the audio from these programs will be redirected to your headset, whereas otherwise it would require a stereo headset for that to work.
This application requires an iPhone device and is NOT compatible with iPods.
