ScreenExtender provides iPhone5/iPod touch 5 users with a way
to force older applications to use the entire screen. This is
incredibly useful for people who don't have updated applications to
support the iPhone 5.
ScreenExtender supports every application, though results may be mixed with
some. Many list applications will work well without crashing. If an
application crashes, simply disable it in the Preferences applet.
Please respring after changing any settings to make sure they are applied.
