Compatible with iOS 11+.
With ShyNCApps by Default is Disabled the Pull Down Gesture for Invoking the Notifications Center inside All Applications and then also to Choose to Custom Enabling the Apps to the Whitelist that Can Invoke it instead!
The Item Depends on AltList.
