Prefix a;; SMS with a arbitrary string
This is useful to get carrier delivery reports.
to get the prefix for your carrier search the internet. Many carriers have no known prefix but a fairly common one is *N#
Note: some carriers do not handle delivery reports for concatenated messages or longer than 160 characters
