This open source application lets you to control your computer (Windows) using your iPhone or iPod Touch. You can use it as a wireless TrackPad and Keyboard. You can also control your computer using iPhone touch screen

You will need to download a server app which you will find in above link.

This is an open source program and source code will be uploaded to GitHub. Link to the github is posted on the website
