Compatible with iOS 8 and 9

Adds the option to use the "Hey Siri" trigger without being plugged in. The new switch can be found in Settings->General->Siri

Confgiure Flipswitch from Settings.

Fixes an issue on iOS 9 which caused the settings app to break for some and caused the package removal to fail.
