本插件实现本地相册视频上传微信朋友圈小视频，基于微信6.3.16开发，兼容前后多个版本，在微信朋友圈页面点击右上角Post按钮即可看见插件功能。因微信限制，插件对10秒内视频做一级压缩，10秒以上视频做二级压缩，若视频压缩后仍然较大则会上传失败。同时还有小视频转发朋友圈功能，小视频保存相册功能。
Enable to post local album video to WeChat TimeLine, The Plugin based on WeChat 6.3.16, and compatibled with multiple versions. in WeChat TimeLine, you can click "post button" right top of the TimeLine, see the plugin function. Due to the limitation of WeChat, i compress 10 seconds video mild level, more than 10 seconds video heavier, if video still larger after compression, upload fails. And you can transpond the TimeLineVideo from your friend, and save to album as same as possible.
